Transport Program

Our Transport Program partners with El Paso Animal Services to give shelter pets a safe, comfortable place to land while they prepare for their journey to rescue or adoption.

Think of us as a “halfway house” — a temporary resting spot where animals can decompress, heal, and get ready for the next chapter in their lives.

Pets in our Transport Program typically stay with us for 3–4 weeks. During that time, we make sure they are fully vaccinated and microchipped, arrange spay/neuter surgery if needed and medically appropriate, and give them time to recover and relax after the stress of a shelter environment.

Transport is a vital part of saving lives — it moves pets from overcrowded shelters in our area to higher-adoption regions, where they have a far better chance of finding a loving home quickly.

Rescue.

Once a pet has been tagged by a rescue partner, their journey begins. They come to the Ranch for quarantine, decompression, and socialization. For 3-4 weeks, their only job is to be a dog again.

El Paso Animal Services takes care of the vaccines, microchip, and spay/neuter. We’ll take care of transport, quarantine, adoption content, and homes notes - we just need you to say yes.

Transport.

We work with rescue partners across the United States.

We can provide ground transport within 500 miles of El Paso, Texas, and can have flight options for partners outside of that radius.

We are always looking for new partners!
